At BugMD, we stand behind our pest control solutions with a 30-day satisfaction guarantee. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may return the items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund of the purchase price.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Return

  Contact our customer support team via email or phone to request a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and the correct return shipping address.

  Pack Your Items

  Securely place the products in their original packaging, ensuring the RMA number is clearly written on the outside of the box to prevent processing delays.

  Ship the Package

  Send your return to our warehouse using a trackable shipping method; please note that customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective.

  Receive Your Refund

  Once our team inspects the returned items, we will process your refund to the original payment method within 5 to 10 business days.
